ThreadShade – Return & Refund Policy

At ThreadShade, we aim to deliver high-quality streetwear with the best customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns only in exchange for Store Credit.

  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • No refund on prepaid or partially paid orders — customers will only receive Store Credit.

  • Any partially paid amount is strictly non-refundable.

  • Customers can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

If the product fails quality checks, the return will be rejected.


2. Store Credit

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive Store Credit equal to the product value.

  • Store Credit can be used on any future purchase from ThreadShade.

  • Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Our usual delivery time is 6–8 working days.

  • Due to stock issues, high demand, or production delays, delivery may sometimes take longer, up to 3–8 weeks.

  • We appreciate your patience during such situations.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will issue Store Credit or send a replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Accessories

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items bought during clearance sales
